Shipping
Shipping Notice: We
are currently using FedEx and USPS Priority
Mail for shipping at our discretion.
Prices are subject to change at our discretion without advance notice.
Shipping charges are
$9.50 (unless otherwise noted) for the first cane within the
continental USA.
Add $2.00 extra per cane when more than one is ordered.
Shipping time is 2 to 5 business days.
For 2nd Day Air, shipping charges are $17.00
For Next Day Air, Shipping charges are generally $25.00 - ? please contact
us for exact amount.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii add $2.00 and will be shipped USPS Priority
Mail.
When ordering Accessories only shipping charges will be $6 - $9.50.
When ordering accessories with a cane purchase, no extra shipping charge
is added.

for each additional cane. When ordering

$25.00, If more the customer will pay full
shipping charges.

Tracking numbers For shpping.
We try to inform you by email when
your order ships and how it shipped, if we do not, your tracking
number can be obtained by sending us an email with you name
and phone number included.
We
will not supply tracking numbers over the
phone. Click

OUR GUARANTEE & Return Policy
If for any reason you are not
satisfied with your new cane you may return it within ten days
after you receive it.
1. If the cane has not been altered
(cut to size) or damaged you will receive a refund of your purchase
price minus shipping. If your purchase qualifies for free shipping
on returning your order $9 will be subtracted from your refund for
shipping cost. Excludes Custom Work,
see VII.)
2. If the cane has been altered
by us you will receive a 80% refund of your cane purchase price
minus shipping. If your purchase qualifies for free shipping on
returning your order $9 will be subtracted from your refund for
shipping cost. Cane cut shorter then 34" are not returnable.

3. In either case (#1 or #2) you
will have to pay to ship the cane to us.
4. All returns require an
RMA number, please call 360-693-1383 for this number and shipping
instruction. Returning merchandise with out an RMA number on the
outside of the shipping container will be refused.

Make sure the cane you are returning is in the same condition you
received it, make sure there no damage such-as scratches, dings
and so on. Package the product well before shipping, we are not
going to give any refunds for damage caused by poor packing, if
the box rattles it’s not packaged well. We also recommend
insuring your return item against shipping damage.
Be sure to inspect the product you are retuning to us, returning
a damage cane is only going to cost you more money in shipping it
to us and then return shipping to you if you decide you want the
damaged product back. We process returns on the last day of each
month.

Cane sizes, most walking canes sizes listed on this site are correct.
When ordering a standard size walking cane the length can vary in
size from what we state on the website. We try and keep our website
up to date as much as possible but in the event the cane is not
with in 1" plus or minus you can return your cane for an exchange.
7.
Wood varies from piece to piece in the same species, based on color
and wood grain, some of the woods we use are becoming very rare
and difficult to find. Close match wood substitution will be used
at our discretion. We try to maintain current pictures on our web
site of our products, but some based on wood grain, color, or style
variations may be declined.
8.
Custom work requires 50% deposit, balance on completion. Custom
work includes all items made to customers specifications, such-as
custom handles, extra long shafts, precious metal work and special
machining. There are no refunds for custom work. We will try are
best to give the customer what they want and make small adjustment
/ modification after the job is complete if we feel the request
is reasonable. In this case the customer is responsible for all
shipping charges associated with altering custom work.
9.
We try our best to inform the customer in the product description
when a picture on our website does not effectively show the product
correctly. Sometimes products change with out us being informed
from our supplier and we may not notice this change, we will not
be held responsible for slight color variations. In the event it
is a big variation you may return the product for a full refund.
10. We do understand that buying
products on-line can be very difficult at times so if your not sure
about a product being suitiable to your needs feel free to call
us for further clarification.
11. WalkingCaneCo.com will gladly
size your cane to the length you desire free of charge. If we fail
to size your cane WalkingCaneCo.com is not responsible for any shipping
charges if you choose to send the cane back for sizing or refund.
Any cane cut to shorter then 34" is not returnable.
